Hi, I’m Jen. I’m an Educational Therapist Professional, Special Education Teacher and Coach with over 15 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning profiles.

I began teaching in 2011 and earned my Master’s degree in Special Education from Arizona State University in 2013, graduating magna cum laude. I am highly trained in working with students with dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, mild to moderate autism, and auditory and visual processing differences.

My approach is individualized, language-aware, and grounded in real-world application. Sessions are designed to meet students where they are while steadily building confidence, independence, and decision-making skills.

I work with families through California’s Self-Determination Program (SDP) and understand how to align instruction with functional goals that matter.

I live in the Sierra Nevada foothills with my husband and two children.
